Description

Shungite got its name in 1887 after the village of Shunga in Karelia (Russian Federation), located on the shore of Onezhskoe Lake, where is located the only one mineral Zazhoginsky deposit of shungites on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Carbon dating puts Shungite at about 2 billion years old, on an earth scale it’s not that old at all. They say that Shungite may strongly have had something to do with the formation of cells in that part of the world. Shungite is unlike any mineral on the earth.

Shungite’s carbon matrix is so complex that it conducts electricity, and can transfer it from one point to the next if given the right information. It reduces the impact of the environment to protect you from electromagnetic radiation.
